FIDO, you are the crappiest phone company EVER. Not only can I *NOT* dial 800 #'s from my phone (which has happened before, retarded network issues), but your service number is *MISSING* the option for technical support.
Oh wait, no...  you just don't HAVE technical support past 9, even when your network is completely FUBAR
